This is an exceptional opportunity for Management Consultants to become part of the team building the People & Change Group within this ‘big four’ firm. The group has been created to provide advice to clients, sector wide, on all people related issues associated with managing large scale change

We are looking for proactive and energetic self-starters who can take ideas and turn them into practical reality. You will be able to deliver engagements in accordance with client expectations and best practice. You will have strong communication skills and demonstrate confidence in developing client relationships

Successful candidates will have:
· Significant experience of working in a recognised Consultancy firm or advisory practice
· Broad experience of the following with a depth of experience in at least two of the following: Culture & People Strategy, Learning & Development, Change & Communication, HR Transformation, Organisation Development
· A strong academic background
· Evidence of rapid career development
