My client is current seeking a security cleared Peoplesoft technical support person to be responsible for the technical and development support to their Oracle Peoplesoft System. Provide technical support for supported corporate applications focusing on the Peoplesoft systems including Oracle database administration. React to and resolve incidents and Service Requests routed via the Service Management Tool (BMC Service Desk Express). Define, test and refine Disaster Recovery plans and procedures, produce reports on issues and metrics as required.
