Performance & Relationship Manager
Peterborough, Cambs - Midlands (East)
The Profile:
Our client is seeking to recruit a skilled relationship manager with e-commerce expertise gained ideally within the financial services sector.
The Duties:
• Define, develop and implement plans and tactics to deliver the long term Internet strategy of the Group, ensuring that these developments are commercially sound and in the best long term interests of the business as a whole.
• Provide the analysis, planning and performance measurement that determines commercial activity as well as the customer experience. Success for this role will be measured by increases in volume, retention, propensity to service on-line and take documentation, as well as complete transactions online rather than offline and revenue targets.
• Ensure that all major business partners are managed appropriately, with business acquisition maximised within agreed costs and that the Group has a prominent presence on all the suitable aggregators in the market, with as many Group partners participating as is deemed desirable.
• Work with our search engine optimisation partner to ensure that site content is appropriate so as to protect and improve our natural search position, and initiate, agree and implement other tactics that compliment this approach
The Person:
• E-Commerce experience in a large company, preferably in financial services
• Knowledge of the on-line market, including a network of contacts that will support the realisation of the Group’s vision
• Good sense of humour
• Target oriented
• Gravitas
• Relationship management experience, both internal and external
• Commercially astute with negotiation skills.
• Experience in on-line business in a Commercial role.
