Performance & Testing Analyst

DKM IT are a leading supplier of recruitment & employment services to the IT market. We are currently recruiting for a Performance & Testing Expert for a globally recognised organisation at their Swiss offices.
The Senior Performance & Testing Expert will be responsible for the validation of performance, across a variety of bespoke applications depending on business needs. Working closely with software development teams you will identify the source of performance issues and devise solutions.
The successful applicant will be an ISEB/ISTQB certified Team Leader with proven ability of leading technical teams. You will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in spoken and written English with any German being highly advantageous. You will be skilled in UNIX, have a good understanding of C and will have knowledge of the performance testing cycle within software release process. Your previous experience will include using load generation tools (like Load Runner) plus having Java software development experience.
