Two years ago it was awarded one of the most significant construction projects in the development of the Gulf, which includes the planning, design and construction of the port and associated infrastructure. The total project is worth in the region of $2.5bn.
In order to ensure that this project is delivered to its and its client’s satisfaction they are now seeking to recruit a highly experienced engineer who will act as its lead in delivering the project within specification and schedule.
Reporting to the local Project Director and also to the UK, you will be responsible for the key client relationships and overseeing the design and contractors teams; for reviewing schedules and identifying alternative solutions; supporting the project and construction departments as well as representing the company at key stakeholder meetings.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced engineer with substantive experience in the construction of ports and related infrastructure, and used to handling complex client and construction relationships.
