As part of a highly successful, market leading global technical recruitment group my client operates as an independent, sole branded executive search practice, focusing on the Energy & Natural Resources markets.
Reporting to the Executive Board of the Group; along with a dedicated key member you will be responsible for profit and loss for the business. You will also own the strategic development of the practice including staff, marketing initiatives, sales approach and proposed international expansion.
A key member of the global management team, you will provide the strategic insight to deliver continued profitable growth, whilst fully and directly optimising the revenue and service opportunities from within the Group and your global peers. This includes maximising our already exceptional international client base; within oil & gas, nuclear power, mining and other Energy/Natural Resource markets.
This is a vital business leadership role where you will create a client acquisition strategy that delivers to your team, ensuring we achieve the global growth that this market demands.

Your Qualities:
• Proven track record of building Executive Search business
• Comprehensively networked at the mid to senior level within E&NR
• Proven ability to build sustainable and enduring client and candidate relationships, with a PTR of personally winning and delivering on high profile retained search/selection assignments
• The confidence and credibility to influence and advise at the most senior levels
• Experienced managing consultants and business practices/units
As someone who has also possibly worked in a senior capacity in industry, you are likely to either be a current PH, Partner or Associate who now relishes a change, or a Senior Consultant in a larger Executive Search firm that is seeking the step-up not available to you currently. In either case you will welcome the culture & environment of a business in which you can have true autonomy and impact on the development and growth of a business
