Practice Manager

First class City boutique seeks experienced practice manager

Reporting to the senior partner you will be primarily responsible for recruitment matters, H&S, IT systems and strategy, HR matters including training and appraisals, internal and external cost control and budgetary control among others.

You need to be a first class communicator and organiser, with the ability to motivate others around you and delegate responsibly. This is a collegiate environment and demands a very good standard of education combined with previous experience of a similar role.
