The company is a major international supplier of software solutions to the real estate sector. They are seeking an experienced pre-sales consultant to assist in developing the sales pipeline and assist the sales executives with the sales process. Responsibilities will include product demonstrations, preparing tender documents, assessing product customisation, assisting the marketing function and liaison with other international offices. Candidates must have significant pre-sales experience of high value software solutions. Property, real estate, physical asset management or facilities management (CAFM) sector experience would be an advantage but is not essential providing your experience is with solutions with a financial content. Excellent communications skills both verbally and written are essential. The company offers excellent prospects for career progression. Package up to £60k plus car allowance. Candidates must be able to travel in the UK and overseas.
