My client
Is a leading global provider of mobile enabling technologies who focus on mobile CRM, entertainment, media and marketing. They enable their customers to provide integrated mobile communications, which increases revenue, enhance customer communication enhance business processes and reduce costs.
The over all objective
The Pre Sales function is to support the sales effort and maximise global sales through providing customer presentations, taking ownership of product delivery and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve an excellent understanding of the global product range in order to perform passionate and enthusiastic demos and customer presentations
Provide technical input and work with the sales team to co-ordinate responses to tenders and identifying standard elements for estimation.
Work with products and technical team to schedule requirements and drive technical team to delivery.
Provide business and technical industry knowledge to help drive the direction of the sale through implementation.
Key Competencies
Excellent communications skills at both senior business and technical levels
Commitment to quality service and process improvement
Professional presentation skills; self-starter; cooperative attitude; and a team player; gravitas, ability to hold an audience with authority
Ability to present and teach product technical training courses
Experience / Background.
Strong Pre Sales solution selling or Product Marketing services experience
Extensive experience in the Mobile industry working with major systems integrators
Knowledge of at least two product services: CRM, mobile publishing, messaging, content management, mobile marketing, handset applications, mobile payments.
