My Client is a FMCG FTSE 100 Co.
You’ll be directly reporting into the Pricing Director.
The Role
Identify Pack Price opportunities from a consumer, shopper & competitor perspective
Coordinating inputs from the Consumer and Shopper Insights teams
Develop strategies to realise opportunities, for the AOP and Strat Plan processes
New Pack Price configurations
Innovation opportunities
Drive change through the business
Help define the next phase of the Net Revenue journey
What we are looking for
Deep experience of consumer and shopper research techniques
Project management experience, particularly in managing several internal/external workstreams at once (e.g. research companies)
Team-working: Coordinating multiple internal clients, working in a fast-changing environment
Ability to identify practical business solutions, based on data & analysis – including assessing financial implications
Able to drive change through the organisation, to make ideas a reality
Desirable: A track-record of initiating step-change Pack Price ideas that have been put into practice and succeeded
