Principal Consultant Strategy/Operations

This independent consultancy seeks top calibre talent to pursue a genuine “partner track”, offering exposure to prestigious clients, an outstanding team of the highest calibre and a supportive and collaborative environment which is flexible and entrepreneurial.

With capability spanning strategic consulting and operational transformation, they provide an array of services with both sector and functional expertise. Driven by pipeline and investment in future leadership, they have requirements for “experts” in the following:
• Oil/Gas/Chemical sector
• Central Government/Public Sector
• Operations/Supply Chain

These positions will be highly influential in the continued growth of the London office, leading and initiating sales/business development and championing consultancy delivery.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of either Oil/Central Government/Operations & Supply chain
• Consultancy delivery track record, with assignment management experience spanning one or more of: strategy, corporate restructure, post-merger integration, operational effectiveness, supply chain, cost reduction, performance improvement
• Personal track record of consultancy sales/business development
• Demonstrable academic success: minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate
• Recently/currently employed at Principal/Director Leader level within a Top Tier Management/Strategy consultancy
• Evidence of accelerated career progression

While the culture supports work/life balance, typically including Fridays with a home or office base, you must be willing to work away from home during the week to meet client demands.
