Principal Consultant – Business Change
Midlands, N West, London - South East, North West
Exceptional client relationships, contract renewals and new business have secured the pipeline for this major IT Services and consultancy firm. Belong to a collaborative team, pursue long term career progression and gain great exposure at senior levels within esteemed blue-chip clients!
Role:
These roles, positioned with the Business Transformation practice, will play an important role in the delivery and roll-out of some of the UK’s highest profile transformation programmes, with significant £multi-million budgets across several years.
With a strong business focus, these positions will contribute innovative and original transformation solutions spanning: Change management, business process and performance improvement, people and organisational change, project and programme management, business architecture and design.
Engaging closely with senior level clients to understand their requirements and deliver real business benefit, these roles will build strong and influential relationships, demonstrating credibility and gravitas to leverage new opportunities and support business development, including proposals and bids.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will demonstrate
• previous delivery experience on £multi-million, multi year change programmes
• business focussed expertise, with an appreciation of technology
• leadership of teams (8+) through the delivery of complex work streams
• strong client management and relationship building
• involvement in business development/on-selling etc
Since you will engage on such significant programmes, you will have previously worked for a tier 1/2 management consultancy or IT Services firm, delivering business led expertise.
As a consultant, you will be wholly mobile across the UK Monday to Friday however our client will endeavour to maximise work life balance with a day home or office based where possible.
