As a matter of the highest priority our client, a successful and highly regarded Financial Services consultancy, seeks a Retail Banking specialist to join their top calibre consulting team.
Utilisation is very strong, offering immediate exposure to diverse projects with leading Retail Banking firms. This exceptional opportunity offers access to new challenges, scope to contribute real value and develop your capability as a valued member of a supportive and inclusive team.
A strong understanding of Retail Banking content, technology and operations is fundamental in order to engage credibly at senior levels and to lead diverse projects. These may span local or global operations across retail banking, credit cards, wealth management, debt management, collections and recoveries.
Examples may include:
• Business process improvement to optimise costs and risk and reduce bad debt and future write-offs
• Review and optimisation of debt management and collection strategies
• Business requirement definition for banking platforms
• Business model re-design
Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Subject Matter expertise in retail banking content, operations and technology including: credit cards, wealth management, debt management, collections and recoveries.
• Process improvement, operational transformation and process modelling skills, including knowledge of lean, six sigma and ARIS modelling techniques
• Project/Programme management
• Gravitas and credibility at senior levels
• Education to a minimum of Bachelors Degree level
• Track record within a recognised Management Consultancy or leading retail bank.
• Full mobility to travel to client site
