Principal Landscape Architect - China

This well-known International Engineer Consultancy is currently seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to work in China, in either the Beijing and Changsha offices.

As a Landscape Architect, you should have at least 8 years professional experience to undertake a key role in the project management and production of aspects associated with landscape architecture on a variety of projects.

Experience of the Chinese market is essential for this role!!!

This position will see you responsible for:
·landscape design
·site analysis
·concept plan
·master plans

You will also be involved in:
·development applications
·preparation of preliminary cost estimates
·developing policies and guidelines
·providing technical advice to internal and external stakeholders

Also essential to this role will be your ability to speak, read and write in English fluently and any knowledge of Mandarin would be advantageous.
