Black Belt/Lean/TQM Project Manager - Copenhagen - Competitive Salary plus benefits including relocation

**Please note that this role is based in Copenhagen, however English is the only language requirement**

You will be a key member of a new Process Excellence department which will be dedicated to the continuous optimisation of a variety of processes across the business.

Role responsibilities

Assisting the Process Excellence Portfolio Manager in managing local/global activities related to the deployment and implementation of the Process Excellence Initiative in local countries.
Form the implementation teams and responsible for driving the global strategic/tactical improvement projects.
Challenge the as-is situation and design transparent end to end processes to ensure high performance as requested by the customer.
Cross cultural People management.
Stakeholder management including being a PEX ambassador. Do presentations globally, capture/resolve issues and concerns related to the implementation projects.
Drive up customer satisfaction via improved quality, employee satisfaction and asset optimisation.
Cost leadership by using company improvement model


Person Spec (higher weighting more important)

10 - Excellent in depth and practical knowledge of Black Belt/Lean/TQM tools
10 - Proven record of process excellence project delivery in a commercial environment – as opposed to academic
10 - Skilled in project management – both methods and leadership
10 - Ability to develop priorities, create a plan and meet deadlines in a multi-task environment
10 - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and inspiration of team colleagues, allied to positive attitude and a team player
10 - High personal integrity and a pragmatic approach to assure sustainable results
10 - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - ability to listen, communicate, be trusted, and influence employees at all levels
9 – Formal Black Belt qualification
9 – Proven experience in delegation and coaching
9 - Able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization and to deal with cross-functional populations
8 – Evidence of ability to maintain balance between operational and management requirements of role
