A hugely successful household name in the Techology Arena requires a Procurement Manager to join their procurement team. Formulating, implementing and monitoring procurement strategy to help realise their expansive plans.
This procurement role will see you:
Champion key supplier relationships
Develop, negotiate and manage agreements including framework agreements with suppliers
Take charge of all areas of the procurement life cycle on major UK projects
Implement sourcing strategies which meet required technical standards and achieve required commercial benefits.
Establish and implement KPIs linked to the corporate strategy map
To succeed in this procurement role you will need:
Well rounded Procurement knowledge from a related industry, such as Telco or IT
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Previous experience of managing large spend projects
Strong supplier/contract management
MCIPS or studying towards
