They are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to define the requirements and lead the development of a next generation routing solutions that enables customers to reach their destinations safely and on time.
Description:
As Product Manager, Routing you will be joining a team of highly motivated product managers and software engineers and will be part of a high-achieving team which is creating innovative context-based products and services worldwide for mobile and internet platforms. You will drive the development of routing solutions which will become a key part of mobile map and navigation services used worldwide by people driving, walking, cycling and using public transportation, helping them to find the quickest, safest and most economical route using the most comfortable mode of transportation available. You will work closely with development and QA teams as well as marketing in order to ensure successful launch of a product that addresses real customer needs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in software development, service creation or product development/management.
* Previous experience in digital maps, navigation or location based application development
* A strategic thinker, able to drive new features forward together with internal and external partners
* Solid documentation and project management skills and excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Degree level education (or equivalent) in relevant subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering etc)
Special conditions:
We are looking for the best possible candidate for this role and as such are able to consider applications from candidates internationally. We are looking for an individual who is willing to be based in Germany and my client will offer a relocation package should the successful candidate not currently be living in Germany.
