Product/Commercial Manager

This is essentially a Commercial manager role, which will involve ownership for determining and implementing the growth plan for Casino and Games whilst maintaining a focus on profitability at all times. The individual will need to work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams and manage key stakeholders from across the business. The role will not involve direct management.

Responsibilities:
- Own the creation and implementation of the growth plan for casino and games
- Analysis of key critical data
- Prioritisation of product requirements based on market analysis, customer input and business needs
- Ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders (territorial and functional)
- Project management of the implementation of any growth initiatives
- Work closely with the customer insight team to determine improvements to the Casino and Games platform
- Proactively drive to improve customer experience and cross sell experience
- Management of internal stakeholders both geographic and functional
