Product Director (Core Banking Software)
London - Home Based
We are recruiting 4 x Product Directors for a global application software provider specialised in Core Banking and Treasury & Capital Markets. Product Directors are required to manage large product portfolios and also manage product evolutions for retail banking software solutions. Product Directors are responsible for managing the Product vision and strategy and overseeing market proposition development and product development.
Experience:
- Owner of product market value proposition and key business decision maker
- Champions the Product vision with internal stakeholders
- Proven experience of delivering product development programmes around banking software
- Managing product owners and delivery teams
- Overall management of development process (CMMI) and best practises
- Leadership of Cross functional teams across the product life cycle
- Ensures product / solution quality
- Able to successfully deliver against objectives

Qualifications:
undergraduate degree preferred
Candidates will have experience of managing Enterprise scale projects within the Banking or Financial Services sector as well as experience across the entire product development life cycle.
