Product Director - Health & Beauty
Isle of Wight - South East
A leading high end, niche health and beauty brand based on the Isle of Wight is seeking a product director to lead their product team. The Isle of Wight is very commutable from the UK mainland by hovercraft that takes 10 mins.
This role is responsible for inspiring the product development managers who create their market leading health and beauty products.
You will assist in the formulation of the product development calendar and the construction of the yearly development budgets. Working closely with the product and marketing teams you will create new development briefs and project manage them to implementation stage.
An extensive knowledge of cosmetics and skincare is needed with product development experience within a brand and multi channel environment. Good team management is required as well as experience in project management and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
