Role Summary
Due to continuing expansion of this company‘s business, they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the delivery and launch of all mobile products and services. The position will support the Product Marketing Director in ensuring that products are delivered to the agreed specifications and to the demanding timescales set by today’s market.

The role reports to the Product Marketing Director but will require daily interface with other areas of the business, especially engineering, project management and marketing communications. Interactions will also be necessary with technical operations, legal, business development and the music content sourcing. The Senior Product Manager will use his/ her product and marketing expertise to drive requirements and specifications, and in this role will work alongside the Business Analyst within the Product Marketing team.

Role deliverables
The following are the key deliverables expected of the successful candidate.

* Drive and manage the agreed delivery programme for mobile products across B2B & B2C channels
* Project plan and project manage all Product Marketing deliverables during the development and QA phases and effectively communicate dates, issues, risks and actions to other stakeholders. This aspect will require close daily interactions with the project team.
* Manage the delivery of assets including text, images and other marketing elements which are needed for delivery of final products. This will involve briefing and managing external partners, including translation and other agencies.
* Assist the development team in the resolution of issues during development phase, modifying scope documentation, raising change requests and updating product documentation if necessary.
* Co-ordinate the communication of launch feature scope and customer benefits & ensure they are clearly explained to internal stakeholders including marketing communications and customer services.
* Capture and document learning from launch deployments and ensure that they are fed back to the Product Marketing team and the wider business. Document best practice and communicate to other members of the team.
* Work with QA to ensure that any marketing-related issues arising from QA are prioritised & resolved to delivery timeframes.
* Resolve any issues during the in-life phase immediately after launch, working with customer services to act on customer feedback and modify products in-life where necessary.
