Programme and Bid Manager
Hampshire - South Central / Coast
Leading Aerospace organisation require an experienced Bids and Proposals Manager to join their expanding team in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programmes and Bid Management over the complete project lifecycle. This will include management and bid response process, process governance and implementation within the project. In addition you will be the primary interface between internal customers and internal working groups. You will also have responsibility for a multi-disciplined team of managers.
It is essential that you have strong leadership skills. That you have experience with customer relationship management, have a minimum of five years experience in project or a functional management role. You must be well versed in project management methodologies, and have experience of change management, i.e. Six Sigma.
