PROGRAMME DIRECTOR BASINGSTOKE - £65,000 - £75,000 AND 20% BONUS
A leading FTSE 250 solutions provider is currently seeking a Programmes director to be based at their Basingstoke offices.
The Programme Director will be responsible of the development and delivery of projects run to time and in line with contract and agreed SLA's. Supporting the cultural and process change programmes across the business to become a world leading solutions business.
The Programme director will take accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing projects or programmes of high risk and complexity and managing the programme teams. Championing programme management methodologies across the business and liaising with customer and suppliers as required.
This is a an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme manager who has worked on high value projects and will require some travel internationally.
In order to be considered for the role of Programmes Director, you will have previous experience in a similar level role and managed teams of approx 25 or more. You will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage conflict internally and externally. Strong project management skills and a good understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation. Prince 2 or PMP qualification required as well as strong delivery and implementation skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a successful and well established organisationpurchasing. The salary offered is between £65,000 - £75,000, Plus 20% annual bonus, 26 days holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance 4 x Salary, Share Scheme Options.
The Programmes Director role is based in Basingstoke, and is commutable from, Alton, Salisbury, Andover, Fleet, Camberley, Aldershot, Farnham, Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth, Guildford.
