You will take ownership for the delivery of transformational engagements, whether a small, isolated change or a large, integrated transformation rolling out new processes and systems cross functionally.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:
• Recent end to end project experience within a Life or General Insurance setting
• Ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of a transformation project or programme
• Management of a minimum of 10 resources
• Awareness of project delivery methods including agile, waterfall etc
• Excellent business awareness with a sound appreciation of technology
• Track record of project delivery gained within a management consultancy or a transformational projects role within insurance
• Minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university
