Portfolio Programme Manager's required to drive multiple projects within a large
Financial services customer . The role will require that you have over 3-5 years experience within Project / Programme management involving at certain milestones of project the full test project lifecycle, mainly CIT, SIT, UAT, OAT Test. The role does not require you to hold any hands on testing skills, however you will ideally hold a good understanding of various phases of testing throughout a major programme, this could include Integration, User Acceptance etc. The role requires that you should be comfortable managing and working on projects with budgets in excess of 4-10 Million depending on your responsibility. It is essential that you hold extensive communication skills at all levels including how to influence Stakeholders and Board members. Business transformation, Major Vendor relationship management is essential to this role as is a diverse and strong background maybe within consultancy or high profile business critical assignments. If you hold any experience within Card Payments, Retail Banking that would be highly advantageous to this role, however candidates without FS experience will be strong considered based on their experience to date. It is very important that you are comfortable managing virtual teams across various time zones and locations; Offshore and Onshore essential. You will need to have a flexible out-look on your working day, week, month and year and be prepared to travel across EMEA with good notice and expense. You can be based out of London or Manchester and the South Midlands.
