Programme Manager

A worldwide provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators is looking for a Programme Manager for Saudi Arabia.

The role:

•To provide management and focus for the Project Management team members, ensuring that their activities are efficiently and successfully managed in order to achieve the targets.
•To place the structures, processes and procedures to control operations and changes to performance objectives.
•Project P&L ownership and management with particular emphasis on margin protection/improvement.
•To provide monthly/quarterly resource forecast.
•Accountability and management of projects, stakeholders and suppliers.
•Client relationship management.
•Allocation of resources and costs.
•Develop the plan to bring together the information on projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control.
•Ability to continually assess performance, research and develop new capabilities, systematically applying learning and knowledge to the programme.
•Optimise performance across the programme value chain, functionally and technically. To implement continuous improvement in process and cost control.


Requirements:

-Proven track record in the management of large programmes in the telecommunication industry.
-Degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
-European language skills desirable.
