Programme Manager required to manage the formation of a shared service desk. 2 Warwickshire based government bodies are merging their respective ICT serve desks into one single service desk. We need a programme manager that can take ownership of this programme.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, leadership skills. You will have managed complex shared services and transitions for circa 1000+ users including telecoms, desktops and database technologies.
Fixed terms 9-12 month contract.
