Programme Managers: Capital Markets

Lead complex transformation programmes with this close-knit and widely in demand team of Investment and Wholesale Banking specialists within a leading Big 4 organisation.

Professional, impressive and passionate, this high calibre team of investment and wholesale banking specialists is in demand from some of the leading international names in financial services!

In a market characterised by changing regulations, organisations and technology, they are recognised and respected for their ability to add true value, combining deep industry expertise, top class consulting, market awareness and an international perspective.

Interfacing with key decision makers at CxO level, you will lead complex business and technology transformation projects or programme work streams, with direct accountability for teams of up to 50 consultants.

You will demonstrate some understanding and experience of financial services, in particular Investment and Wholesale Banking domains, their products, process flows and technologies.

Please check you meet the following mandatory requirements before applying:

• Some experience of the financial services sector, ideally within Capital Markets or Wholesale Banking industry
• Programme delivery track record with experience of
o Concurrent project management
o Budget & team management
o PMO set up and management
• As a minimum, working knowledge of a Project Management methodology such as Prince, MSP, Agile, Waterfall etc
• Exceptional consulting skills developed through a stable career history in management consultancy or in a consultative role within an investment bank
• Degree educated to a minimum of Bachelors level

Although many clients will be based in London, you must be entirely flexible and able to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
