An internationally respected contracting organization has recently been awarded a mixed use development in London valued at approximately £150 million. This prestigious award reflects their reputation for delivering high quality complex construction projects. This together with other recent high profile contract awards has opened an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Project Director or an ambitious Project Manager who wants to go further. The duties of the role encompass client interface, design team co-ordination and managing the flow of all information throughout the project and delivering the project through the construction management team. This is an exciting opportunity where the salary package can be in excess of six figures depending on experience and you will have the autonomy to manage the project as the Project Director but with the support and back up of a respected professional organization.
