PROJECT DIRECTOR – BMS - NATIONAL - £50K - £70K + CAR + BUPA + LIFE ASSURANCE + 25 DAYS HOLS
This national provider of integrated building solutions seeks a Project Director to be based in the Midlands or South of England
ROLE – PROJECT DIRECTOR - BMS
The Project Director will have to manage the fulfilment of BMS projects in line with those sold nationally.
+ Manage project managers
+ Manage project engineers
+ Manage a large multi-million pound project along side other duties.
+ Delivering Controls Project on scope, on time and on schedule.
+ On site project management (customer meetings, fulfilment resources, sub supplies, subcontractors coordination.
REQUIREMENTS – PROJECT DIRECTOR - BMS
+ 3 to 5 years experience within a Controls company, a System integrator or an HVAC contractor.
+ Experience in BMS and project management
+ Knowledge of the key Controls and HVAC applications such as : Chiller-plants, Boiler-plants, Variable, Pumps, Air-handling units, Fan-coils.
+ Knowledge of the key BMS applications such as: Optimizer, Area-management, Duty-cycling, Scheduling, Alarming, Reports, Trending, basic Lighting,
+ Willing to travel nationally
