Project Director

PROJECT DIRECTOR - DUBAI


This client is a national leader in civil engineering, procurement and construction. The company has a history of almost three decades in executing prestigious projects around the UAE and a reputation for delivering outstanding client value and completing projects on time and within budgets. One of the oldest national firms in the industry, its services extend across the full range of EPC services, covering design, building and project management. Projects include hospitals, schools, multiplexes, libraries, hotels, industrial, commercial & residential buildings, and towers. Due to exciting expansion plans and continued growth, an experienced project manager/director is needed to oversee the construction of a project worth one billion dirham in Dubai.

You will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion. This is a signature mixed-use development: high-rise, civils, commercial and residential, so some experience in this field, ideally in the UAE, would be preferred.

This position would suit someone who has excellent main contracting experience. Having shown loyalty to previous companies, it would help to have spent some time with a well-known and respected contractor. You should be keen to work in main contracting project management and willing to start at relatively short notice.
