The company was established eighty years ago and has grown to become an international construction and property consultancy offering expertise in quantity surveying, project management, management consultancy and a comprehensive range of specialist services such as health and safety consultancy, sustainability, building surveying, dispute resolution and contract advice. Today it has a global reputation with offices in all the key economic hubs that will secure its financial and business future.
This ongoing success of the consultancy business with one of its major clients has resulted in this new role which will be based at the client site and will be responsible for managing the delivery of the project to transition a data centre into a new complex. The Project Director will need to be a leader with the ability to manage the internal and external client relationships as well as having the gravitas to manage a number of other consultancies working on the project as well as ensuring that tenant relationships are maintained.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and have already gained significant project management expertise in data centre management sector. Whilst this role is based in Paris it is essential that the Project Director speaks fluent French, however, it is envisaged that they will be moved to other significant global roles in the future.
