Project Leader/Director

A leading International Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Leader/Director to join it's successful fit out and refurbishment division.
Highly regarded in the industry this top Contractor has won numerous awards.
You will have extensive experience of top end, high class commercial/office fit out projects above £10m, having led large teams on projects for prestigious clients. With excellent pre-construction knowledge you will be well versed in the bid management and tendering processes, gaining a reputation for winning work. Using your excellent build knowledge and management skills you will also be brilliant when projects go to site, pushing them through on time and to budget.
A degree or equivalent is expected, together with relevant memberships. Demonstrating a loyal and committed career history, significant experience in the high end fit out sector is essential. An excellent salary and competitive package is offered to the successful candidate.
