Project Manager, Investment Products

Our client is a leading global provider of alternative investment products and solutions, with offices in 13 countries, and a listing in the FTSE 100. It is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work within its Product Management arm in London.

• Manage ongoing relationships with over 30 external service providers – including fund administrators, valuation agents, auditors as well as other corporate services;

• Vet and select new providers, managing the whole process from initial research through to investment products launching with the providers chosen;

• Act as primary global contact for the coordination and oversight of the audit process for products – dealing with the oversight for the planning process, negotiation of fee models

• Manage and be the key contact for a number of global relationships with external parties across the various services, as a way of understanding each service provider's capabilities in assisting in the launch of new products.

Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate will hold a recognised accountancy qualification and be a graduate in a numerate degree with a background in financial services auditing. Being able to build and manage relationships will be key to this role, as well as a strong technical accounting knowledge – with IFRS (IAS 32 and 39) being essential. This will be a very involving role and will give the right candidate an opening into financially strong and global organisation.
