Project Manager, Prince 2, Change - Organisational
Hertfordshire - South East
Two urgent contract roles with this renowned organisation. Looking for individuals able to start immediately or with little notice. Must be accomplished PM's with solid Prince 2 based Project Management experience, one with strong organisational change exp & the other with extensive accommodation change / company relocation exp. Please ONLY apply if you fulfil one of the two contract role criteria:
1. The skills required for the Organisational Change PM are:
· Strong, PRINCE2 based, project management.
· Strong business change skills.
· Must have experience of delivering organisational change.
· Supplier management.
· Relationship building.
· Excellent communications, influencing and negotiation skills.
· Not necessarily technical but an advantage if he/she has worked in IT before.
· Immediately available.
2. The skills required for the Accommodation Change PM are:
· Strong, PRINCE2 based, project management.
· Strong business change skills.
· Experience of relocating companies essential.
· Supplier management.
· Relationship building.
· Conflict resolution.
· Industrial relations experience an advantage.
· Excellent communications, influencing and negotiation skills.
