Project Manager - Change Management, Bank, Front O

A Global Investment Bank seeks an experienced and innovative Senior Project Manager with solid knowledge and skills to join their busy and growing front office team.

In this role you will closely work with senior business executives to deliver strategic initiatives across its global business. You will be responsible for: leading the planning and management of key business projects; project initiation, identification of resourcing requirements, project monitoring and delivery; implementing rigorous project management processes; training and mentoring of other team members, and other duties in the context of this senior global role.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing investment banking projects on a global scale; extensive knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks and tools; ability to initiate, lead and drive project delivery; proven ability in managing change, challenging existing processes and implementing improvements; desire for excellence and ability to mentor junior team members. A degree in Business, Finance or numerical field is also expected.
