Project Manager/Defect Manager

City based bank seeks a Defects Manager/Project Manager.
As a Project Manager you will sit above 3 streams including Offshore Development, Systems and UAT.
Responsibilities include:
-Facilitating defects resolution pro-actively
-Ensuring the defect management process is understood and adhered to and that opportunities for efficiencies are made.
-Co-ordinating daily defects calls
-Collation of statistics as required by the project - strong reporting and MI skills & ability to spot trends/themes
