Our client is a leading developer in the residential and commercial sectors in London and the SE. They are currently very busy and having made some strategic acquisitions recently are looking to recruit a number of key people into their business.
The role of Project Manager / Director is a key role within the organisation with ultimate responsibility for managing major projects on site. Our client develops a range of projects often mixed use but always of high value and high quality therefore we are looking for exceptional individuals with a background in major projects in a development environment.
This is unlikely to suit someone from a contracting background.
This is a key role within the organisation requiring an individual(s) who possesses drive and exceptional commercial acumen who knows how to manage complex projects and ensure that our clients business continues to succeed in a very competitive market place.
Our client deals with very high quality mixed use developments in and around London and some of these schemes are high value and complex. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate experience of these types of developments in order to be considered for this role.
Our client is looking to appoint a number of individuals across their portfolio and the level of appointment; Manager / Director will be determined by the qualifications and track record and also the specific opportunity.
