£60,000 to £70,000 plus Company Car/Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Bonus Scheme
Based in Victoria, London

£25 Million Project in need of a Strong Leader.

With a solid foundation within the Social Housing Market, this Leading Contractor are a high performing division of a National Contractor with a turnover touching £1.6 Billion.

With an order book already looking very healthy for coming years, this contractor are in the process of procuring a number of high achieving individuals for a plethora of developments across London.

The project in question consists of a New Build development based in the Heart of London which will include the demolition to a derelict office block and the construction of 3 blocks of apartments each constructed to a four storey level.

Your experience could either come from a larger developer where you have been responsible for delivering an element of Social Housing units or a Social Housing Developer who are currently working alongside local Housing Associations within the City.

You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading and managing a larger scale project. You must also demonstrate the ability to drive a team to maximum performance and in conclusion delivering a project on time and within budget.
