Project Manager

My client, a global manufacturing company, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products.

Responsibilities
· Play a key role in developing project plans and schedules for multiple projects, will facilitate the statement and management of project scope, objectives, constraints, risks, milestones, and timelines.
· Will identify responsibilities and required resources to meet project objectives.
· Will act as a central hub for communication of project status and issues within the team and to management.
· Will be able to facilitate team-building to push teams to higher levels of performance.
· Will be expected to develop expertise in the Product Development & Launch Process (PDLP) and act as a subject matter expert for other members of the organisation.
· Will be expected to understand the organizational structure, corporate culture, and individual work styles to maximize team and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
· Minimum of five years project management experience in product development.
· Strong project management skills and background.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams.
· Experience with Microsoft Project software.
· Degree in engineering or science preferred.
· Experience in the wound care, ostomy care, medical device, and/or skin care industry is a plus.
· PMP certification is a plus.
· Post-graduate education is a plus.
