You will project manage all aspects of delivery of a scheme on a trading or brown field site including leading teams of external consultants and suppliers, also leading the internal team taking projects through the recognised processes in consultation with key internal stakeholders. You will manage the project delivery to optimise customer and community satisfaction, using industry knowledge, experience and innovation to procure and develop optimum schemes. You will also be responsible for managing construction budgets and controlling variation costs within budgets.

You will have extensive knowledge of the construction process from inception of a project to agreeing final accounts and aftercare, with proven project management skills in a similar role. You should have experience of building contracts and working with other construction professionals, including solicitors and specialist consultants. You will be a good communicator who is comfortable leading and inspiring teams and working on their own initiative.
