Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager, who will be responsible for leading, managing and driving delivery of projects within global management information and relationship management with key stakeholders with a top tier financial services firm.


The successful candidate must be determined and be able to enlist the support of a number of team members across Finance who may have their own conflicting local pressures. Also, you must also possess the ability to prioritize effectively, manage stakeholder expectations successfully, and apply program management standards, to a number of initiatives that often times are managed in tandem. Management without authority. Being able to influence others to align them towards the project goals Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively work with stakeholders to communicate goals, success criteria, performance measures and setting the climate for success in major projects and business initiatives.

Technical Skill Requirements

Knowledge of Financial Accounting e.g. IFRS.
Strong relationship skills and worked in a client relationship role e.g. consulting.
Understands the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation.
ACA or other accounting qualification desirable.
Prince 2 or other Project Management certification a plus.
Demonstrated experience of large scale project implementations involving IT.
