Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a programme of work as a Business Project Manager.
This role will involve you taking responsibility for the successful implementations of CRM/Data-Migration/Business-Change projects, ensuring all are completed against the agreed scope, on time and on budget. You build relationships, gaining the stakeholder's trust and ensuring the projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the stakeholder. This includes the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex CRM/Data projects (with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies), ensuring that realistic project, timescales, scope, cost, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained and controlled such that identified benefits can be realised. You will monitor and control resources; revenue and capital cost against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key part of the SRM Remediation Programme team in developing and delivering a set of activities which will deliver a 'fit for purpose' SRM system
Work closely with the SRM team within to understand the issues and faults that have been identified with the SRM platform and the options for resolving these
Work closely with the SRM Remediation team (encompassing Data Services, Business Change) to ensure that proposed technical fixes and the associated challenges are represented appropriately

Key skills and behaviours

A keen understanding of technical issues and constraints but able to work and communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Facilitation skills the ability to effectively chair or manage a meeting to deliver the required outcome within the time allocated
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written a skilled stakeholder manager who can influence and negotiate effectively within a matrix environment
Able to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressure on a daily basis
Delivery focussed with personal accountability
A challenging mind-set looking for ways in which existing processes & approaches can be improved
A strong team player
Self managed and motivated

Key technical knowledge and Experience:
Experience of implementing CRM solutions, preferably within a Siebel environment
Experience of working on a remediation-type project
Preferably educated to degree level with a formal qualification in project or programme management (e.g. PRINCE2)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft products especially MS Project and Excel
