The company is a global consultancy with an envious track record of providing high-quality construction consultancy, programme and project management, cost management and management consultancy services across a global network of offices.
As part of a major infrastructure project within greater Dublin there is a requirement for 3 Senior Project Managers for multiple Utilities Diversion packages in congested road locations. These include Surface and Foul drainage, Water mains, Gas network and distribution pipes, communications services.
These are very restricted sites with the requirement for no disruption to local businesses or residents and will require a high degree of pre-planning and interface with Utility Providers and Local Authorities.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be advising the client from the conception of the project, offering advice on appropriate methods and approaches adapted to achieve the clients objectives. To achieve this, a strong leader is needed to ensure tight cost and time frames are met which will be guided by your technical expertise.
This will include planning and ongoing management of quality, safety and health & environment issues, procurement resources, ensuring project governance, process and systems are utilised. This will be done by management of the flow of information between the project team and the client which will require good communication skills delivered by regular meetings and written communication.
