Property Litigation Senior Solicitor

Purpose of job:
To service the firm’s property clients.
To develop Property Litigation Unit’s client base and network of referrers and contacts, in particular the commercial property sector.
To assist in the marketing of the firm in general and the Dispute Resolution Department in particular.
To assist the firm’s other departments in property law matters as and when required, in particular the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Specific duties:
The duties of the post holder will include but not be restricted to:
Dealing with a substantial and varied caseload efficiently and cost-effectively
Marketing the Property Litigation Unit to existing contacts.
Taking an active role in expanding the client base of the Property Litigation Unit, the Dispute Resolution Department and Kingsley Napley in general.

Person Specification:
Experience:
Minimum 7-years post qualification experience in private practice

Skills:
IT literate (MS Windows, MS Office applications)
Basic understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Knowledge of Arista practice management system
Knowledge of MS Outlook
