Prospective Partners

Having weathered the recession rather better than they feared, the management consultancy are now embarking on an expansion of their lines of business and services.
They’re interested in meeting:
• management consultants at Partner/Director level in other firms
• a small team of consultants who have a distinct market offering already
• a small consultancy who wishes to merge with a larger, better resourced business
The firm is best known for its work in the financial and, to a lesser extent organizational development line. So a service offering in, say, brand consulting is likely to sit less well with the firm than process improvement, business transformation or change management.
To qualify to join as prospective Partners, the individuals, teams or consultancies must demonstrate:
• existing client base and fees which can be brought over to the firm
• a strong sales capability
• experience of building and developing a consultancy/advisory service
