An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the big 4 due to a structural change that is going to revolutionise the way the market works, do you want to be part of this revolution?
As the Head of Pursuits / Pursuits Director you will be responsible for both leading pursuit activities and also managing a team of professionals working on pursuits with the business development, client services teams and partners across the firm. As such you will be responsible for strategy to position the firm in order to distinguish itself from its competitors through ensuring you are allocating the best team based on their experience and the clients requirements. You will also be responsible for the kick off of strategy meetings as well as the review process to establish and monitor progress of all team members
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds leading names who are recognised for excellence in their respected fields. You will need to be highly intelligent experience Pursuits professional with a demonstrable track record of working on complex projects and managing a team of Pursuit professionals. Any exposure to managing a remote team in different locations is highly desirable as there are members of the team in a number of their UK operations.
Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £80-100k base, contributory pension up to 9%, health plus flexi benefits and 25 days holiday. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are offered.
