Quality Project Manager (Change/Sigma)

I am currently looking for a Pro-Active Quality & Change, Project Manager (SixSigma Blackbelt) essential! Your role will be to lead teams that deliver significant and rapid improvements to business processes, in support of the broader business strategy of UK Retail Banking. Become proficient in the skills of lean through training, coaching and practical use. To help sponsors to identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement – taking a cross functional view·Run end-to-end value stream assessments and develop future state components and plans to implement them. To drive implementations and improve customer satisfaction, improve service stability, Increase Quality of project delivery, delivery and strategy, enable employee growth and development and customer performance (50% of time)· Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance. Coach and support line management to embed the new way of working for c.10 weeks. (30% of time)·Report progress, benefits, issues and risks through the established loops. Essential requirements: Demonstratable experience as a Black Belt with demonstrated success leading, facilitating, and executing projects using the six sigma methodology, strong quantitative, analytical and statistical skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor process owners and Team members. Strong background in Change and Project Management. Banking experience desired but not essential.
