Quantity Surveyor - Civils/Groundworks - Essex

Our client an Essex based Civils/Groundworks contractor requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after commercial aspects of their ongoing public sector projects

• Experience in residential groundworks, civils and concrete structures.
• Experience as a sub-contractor – not a main contractor.
• Have managed and run jobs between the value of £300,000 and £4million – not just assisted in the running of these projects.


A professional qualification i.e. BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying would be an advantage.

This position offers a basic salary of £45,000 + Benefits totalling over £50,000
