Senior Quantity Surveyor. £48,000 - £51,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Our client is a leading national contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile projects from £5m- £25m, they are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming projects in the Midlands area.

As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and refurbishment projects in the Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout the region.

As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will also be an excellent leader and motivator and possess outstanding communication skills
